"Giant" Request - Engi no Jutsu

I would appreciate it tremendously if someone could make this photo into a sig for me. Any kinda borders would be fine. "G-Men" in big, red, bold letters would be good. Any kind of authorative font would be great, thanks. Also NW in the bottom left hand corner would be appreciated.

Also, would it be possible for an avatar to be made using this picture? Just the upper body or head would be fine. NW in it somewhere. I would be much obliged thanks again.
